Filter Replacement
We provide professional on-site services to replace filters for various types of water filtration system.
Our Services Engineers are well-trained/equipped. And, the filters and UV lamps used for replacement services are all from genuine supply sources.
At all filter replacement service visits, our Services Engineers will conduct preventive maintenance (a complete functional/sanity check) on the filtered water units without additional charges.
After the warranty year of our sold systems, for those Customers having subscribed our annual filter replacement service plans, we will offer them 2 special discount maintenance plan options. Please see the Maintenance Services section for details.
Maintenance Services
We’re committed to maintain our Customers’ equipment always performing at their top form.
Our sold systems are having one-year warranty of which our professional on-site services are all free of charge including parts and labour.
After the warranty year, for those Customers having subscribed our annual filter replacement service plans, we will offer them 2 special discount maintenance plan options. They are :
(1) Basic Plan
- On-site inspection and trouble-shooting
- Replacement and/or repair of parts are to be quoted as required
(2) Comprehensive Plan
- On-site inspection and trouble-shooting within 24 hours
- Labour and parts are all free of charge, except Critical Components ( compressor and heat tank ), Consumables, and Normal Tear-and-Wear Parts
- Industrial systems, large-scaled commercial units, and equipment with boiler unit attached would need to be quoted separately
Water Quality Test Services
We have services arrangements with a number of registered laboratories in testing water quality in accordance with the standards and specifications defined by WHO (World Health Organization) and WSD (Water Services Department).
Ancillary Electrical and Water Work Services
In order to provide one-stop services for our Customers, we are also manned with a number of licensed persons in electrical and water works. It is to offer our Customers an integrated solution services from design to implementation and commissioning.
